Blueground is a furnished apartment provider with over 15,000 properties under management, in 30+ cities around the world. Blueground processes over 100,000 bookings every year thanks to its strong online, direct demand. With the Partner Network, Blueground is adding high quality supply from carefully selected and trusted partners to its platform to meet this ever growing demand.

Minimum requirements to connect

  • Minimum number of properties: 1

  • Photos: At least 6 photos are provided.

  • Geo-coordinates are provided.

  • Licence number is provided.

  • Prices are provided for some seasons in the future.

Charges & Payments

Charging party Blueground charges the guest and remits the booking amount to the property manager via a bank transfer. The pay-out is made on the first Friday after the check-in date. Additional payments will be sent on a monthly basis.

Commission 10% with a 7% introductory fee until September 2024
Commission charging Commission is charged from the total booking amount (excluding taxes and security deposit)
Commission application Commission is subtracted from the rates provided by Rentals United
